We are walking and taking the trolley tour around Salem, Massachusetts USA. While passing by the Town Hall on the trolley I see several spots that I want to photograph more and some craft and tea/coffee shops we want investigate further. We have just finished a short lunch at Red’s Sandwich Shop and the children all vote for a break in sightseeing for a bit since they spy a playground near the center of the town, so the Mama’s leave the Papa’s in charge of four kids in the playground and and we ladies go back to the Town Hall area to look around at leisure.

To our delight my Foodie friend and I round the corner and find that they are in the process of setting up a Farmer’s Market… of course we stop and linger , drool over the great produce, lament that our motel doesn’t come with any kitchen and I suffer a large attack of “camera-crazyness”… those of you who appreciate fresh, organic, seasonal fruits and vegetables will totally understand our delighted obsession, …. here are some of the results:

  1. Your pictures of the produce are so great that I feel I could reach over in my computer and take a bite; incredible! You are an artist with a great camera.

    • Sage, You mean you *can’t* reach in and take a bite ? What computer do you have ? (advice: wipe the dust off your monitor first!) .. Just kidding LOL ! I’m in two minds if this would be a good thing or not, if it were at all possible, ouch – imagine what it could do to our waistlines ! On the other hand.. think of all the new cuisines to try …a little sample here, a little sample there, would our kitchens ever be the same again?!
