There’s a beautiful looking building in the centre of the Hague.
It’s on the corner of the Kneuterdijk and the Hoge Nieuwstraat. The ground floor is a florist shop. What’s also interesting about this place is the sign above the door. It denotes that the shop has a Royal Warrant. Now, I’m no Royalist, but I do like to to try and report impartially when visitors ask questions about things they notice.
I took these photos last year because I’ve been asked by several people in the past what the signs meant and who know’s, maybe more people wonder but have no one to ask, …I thought I’d make a post one day to explain it. … so here it is.
