Every last one looks amazingly delish but I would (nearly) kill for a slice of that rhubarb lemon curd cream cheese oat cake!

Carrie, I’m going to use it as inspiration to try and make one of my own (or as close to this as I can get) so it’s on a cooking “to do” list that’s growing ever longer LOL
