Today’s post is a photographic post… you know I’ve mentioned that I’m trying to get back into drawing again…OK, it’s not actually happening at the rate I would like (too many other things happening at the moment with work and family) but I like to dream and plan a little for a future that has a bit more spare time. As I take photos over the side of the Ferry of the surrounding landscape, I also notice interesting wave patterns in the water below me as the ship cuts through the water. I point my lens downwards and take some shots that may come in useful at a later date if I want to do a study of water movement…

At the moment I have so little spare time that I concentrating on building up a supply of ‘arty archive” photos to use as studies and inspiration when I am able to put some more serious time into drawing. However, it will be worth the wait… I’m just hatching this plan at the moment and incubating all the arty ideas

Very intriguing images! Water is so fascinating. Looking forward to your results, drawing-wise.

Luddy,
I’m up to my neck in physio, work and work related study at the moment… Kiwi Daughter has just started High School so big transition time for her and the kids still have sports, swimming lessons, play-dates, birthday parties and homework so there will be little “spare” time for the foreseeable future. I also have some plant studies I want to work on so it’s a toss up where to start first. Don’t worry though… I’m biding my time LOL
