The first mystery one reminds me of the “We are Siamese if you please” from “Lady and the Tramp” but that would probably be two Siamese cats not just one.

The stupid thing is that I have seen this cat before but for the life of me, I can not remember where. If it comes to mind one day I will update the post and fill in the missing information.
