Will This Mystery Tower Tumble?

This next piece from the 2017 Sand Sculpture exhibition in Garderen is from the Competition section. sadly answers to the competition were not provided on their website after the competition ended, and emails to the event organisers have yielded no replies. Luckily I have some Dutch readers who have been tremendously helpful in providing the names of some of the other games so maybe they happen to know this one too? Today’s post seems to feature the Leaning Tower of Pisa, and a young man either shaking it or maybe screaming at it? There are small figures standing in the tower… I’m stumped!
